The founder of an athletic shoe and equipment company is selling his massive $2.75 million house in northeast Mesa, near Val Vista Drive and Brown Road.
The home has a recording studio for podcasts and videocasts, a home movie theater and an elevator to make getting around the 10,522-square-foot home a little easier.
Tim Markison, who operates Mesa-based Athalonz, did podcasting from the home, according to real estate agent Katie Zaharis.
The mansion has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. A 3,522-square-foot guest home and a 950-square-foot apartment above an 11-car garage are connected to the home by breezeways.
The 4.5-acre property includes a batting cage, tennis court and pool. Also outside is a large, stadium-lit grass space and outdoor dining areas.
