A stone-covered courtyard, salt water pool and wine cellars are among the luxurious features found in some of this week's most expensive home sales in metro Phoenix.

Robert and Lori Cantero purchased this spacious 9,275-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale's Cantabrica Estates. Robert Cantero is the owner of Robert's Lumber Sales, a wholesale industrial lumber company in Bloomington, California.

Inspired by rural Mediterranean architecture, the single-story estate features a stone-covered, circular automotive courtyard; brick barreled ceilings; wood-beamed master bedroom suite; and French limestone-finished flooring.

The open floor plan mansion has eight bedrooms, 8½ bathrooms, an underground wine cellar and a six-car garage.

Grounds of the 2.41-acre lot estate include two guest houses, a negative-edge pool and an outdoor kitchen.

Kittoe-LaBlonde Development LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, sold the house.

Cobra Collier, trustee of the CRL living trust, purchased a mansion with a circular driveway in Paradise Valley's Folkman Ranch Estates. Collier is president of Magnus Title Agency, LLC in Scottsdale.

The one-acre lot estate has six bedrooms; five bathrooms; a gym; and a climate-controlled, five-car RV garage.

Grounds of the estate includes a one-bedroom guest house and a Pebble Tec pool/spa equipped with a salt water system.

Gregg Maughan, through his trust, purchased a mansion with mountain views in Paradise Valley's Metes and Bounds community. Maughan is president of Forever Living Products International, Inc., a multilevel marketing company based in Scottsdale.

The contemporary-style estate features a gated front courtyard with a fountain, brick barreled ceilings, a walk-in wine cellar and a detached guest house.

The resort-style backyard includes a gazebo, view deck and a pool with a slide and waterfall.

Tarl Robinson sold the 2.4-acre lot property. Robinson is the founder and CEO of Plexus Worldwide, a Scottsdale-based health and wellness products company.

Donald and Susan Piper purchased a 4,926-square-foot house with a central courtyard in Paradise Valley's Metes and Bounds community.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom house comes with architectural details that include vaulted beamed ceilings, plaster walls and Mexican tile flooring.

The home has Camelback Mountain views and a pool, barbecue area and putting green in the backyard.

Alan Birch and Rebecca Curtis sold the 2.53-acre lot property.

Jeffrey and Annette Ziegler, using a trust, paid cash for a contemporary-style house in Scottsdale's Desert Mountain community. Annette Ziegler is an attorney and justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

The 4,409-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bathroom house was built in 2014.

The one-acre lot mansion has mountain views and a backyard with covered outdoor dining areas, a firepit and pool. 

Michael and Jami Hanna sold the home.
