Arizona Coyotes star forward Clayton Keller bought a recently renovated Paradise Valley house as he recovers from a broken leg after crashing legs-first into the boards during a late March National Hockey League game.
Mary O’Neal purchased a 6,772-square-foot house in north Scottsdale’s DC Ranch community. The house, with five bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms, has two water features in the front, beamed ceilings, an office, game room and wine room. Every bedroom has its own patio. ACD Consolidated LLC of Colorado sold the house.
Daniel and Penny Glass of Plano, Texas, paid cash for an 8,093-square-foot house in north Scottsdale’s Lost Canyon community. The house, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, won a Valley Forward environmental design award. The house also has a home theater, outdoor kitchen and firepit. Katherine Kieckhefer was the seller. Deborah Beardsley and Andrew Beardsley of Silverleaf Realty had the listing.
Omid and Katibeh Ardebili purchased a 5,304-square-foot Paradise Valley house on Mummy Mountain. Omid Ardebili is a principal with Ardebili Engineering, and Katibeh Ardebili is a clinical pharmacist. The house, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, has a waterfall quartz kitchen island, glass-enclosed patio with barbecue, waterfall, theater, wine cellar and guest house. Stephen Martori sold the property.
Arizona Coyotes forward Clayton Keller bought a Paradise Valley house that wasn’t listed for sale. The house was originally built in the 1970s. Keller is recovering from a broken leg after being injured in a late March game. The seller was an LLC named after the address of the house.
Barry and Connie Pagliaro Sr. paid cash for a 6,043-square-foot house in north Scottsdale’s Mirabel Community. Barry Pagliaro is owner of Pennsylvania-based Alto Garage Door. The house, with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, has a front courtyard with patio, outdoor fireplace and casita. Kari and Timothy Anderson sold the house.
