Former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Jorge de la Rosa has sold his Scottsdale home in the upscale Arcadia neighborhood for $1.85 million.
The 6,612-square-foot modern home with four-bedrooms, five bathrooms, a cool pool and an exercise room also has a rooftop patio with great views of Camelback Mountain.
Gonzalez, a Mexican professional baseball pitcher, also played played for the Milwaukee Brewers, Kansas City Royals, Colorado Rockies and Chicago Cubs.
He left the Diamondbacks in 2018 and is a free agent.
Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agents Bob Hassett and Lisa Westcott brokered the sale.
“The sale was a very smooth cash transaction, and Jorge and his wife were two of the nicest sellers,” Hassett said.
A couple from California bought the house.
