A pitcher for the Chicago White Sox and an LPGA golfer were among this week’s buyers and sellers of metro Phoenix’s priciest homes. Both the baseball player and pro golfer bought or sold in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf neighborhood.
Chicago White Sox pitcher Dallas Keuchel bought an 8,514-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf neighborhood. The former Houston Astros and Atlanta Braves baseball player’s house has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a nine-car garage, an indoor/outdoor fireplace and a movie theater.
Delaware LLC Screech Investments sold the home.
A group called Estancia Desert View led by Lorraine Nicholson of Lafayette, California, paid cash for a 4,875-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Estancia community. The home with four bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms has a “massive” great room and four master suites.

Professional golfer Cristie Kerr and her husband, Erik Stevens, sold a 7,800-square-foot home in Silverleaf. The house with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms is described as “the Hamptons meets Scottsdale.” It overlooks the community’s fully stocked lake and has four-enclosed balconies, a 1,800-bottle wine room and a steam shower. Kerr has more than 20 wins on the LPGA Tour.
Richard and Jole Harmon paid cash for the home. Lisa Westcott Silverleaf Realty represented the buyer and sellers.
Alden and Patricia Stewart of Seattle paid cash for a 6,418-square-foot Paradise Valley home with five bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms. The house comes with indoor and outdoor living spaces, mesquite, walnut, concrete, limestone and marble floors and accents. It’s called an “art collector's” dream home.

Kevah and Michelle Konner paid cash for a new 4,570-square-foot house in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. Kevah Konner is a fund manager with Halcyon Asset Management of New York. The home with five bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms also comes with a gourmet kitchen, a great room with a wet bar and built-in barbeque.
