A Delaware LLC based in New York named after the address of the property paid cash for a 10,184-square-foot Phoenix mansion near Camelback Mountain. EK Holdings, a Delaware LLC managed by radio show host Kim Komando, sold the home that has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The house situated on 1.6 acres has a master retreat with separate bathrooms, two offices, breakfast bar, game room, theater and tennis court.
