A Delaware LLC based in New York named after the address of the property paid cash for a 10,184-square-foot Phoenix mansion near Camelback Mountain. EK Holdings, a Delaware LLC managed by radio show host Kim Komando, sold the home that has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The house situated on 1.6 acres has a master retreat with separate bathrooms, two offices, breakfast bar, game room, theater and tennis court.

The Hoover/Indelicato Family Trust paid cash for an 8,537-square-foot north Scottsdale home in the Troon community. The house with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms has solid wood beams, barrel brick ceilings and chestnut, Brazilian and mesquite hard wood floors.
Michael and Stephanie Brown were the sellers.
Jason Williams purchased a 6,627-square-foot home in east Mesa. The house has five bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms as well as an eight-car garage. The listing didn’t provide additional information.
The Sterling Equity Alternative Fund LLC sold the property.
Alan Lanis Jr., a California attorney, bought a new 4,941-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The house with five bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms also has a casita, a waterfall kitchen island and a built-in outdoor barbecue and fireplace, as well as a raised self-cleaning pebble deck spa and pool.
Mortensen Signature Homes of Arizona was the seller.
Jolynn Price paid cash for an 8,500-square-foot Scottsdale home that has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home also comes with an all-white kitchen, a large stone fireplace and a chandelier over the standalone tub in the master bathroom.
An LLC called 8115Keepontruckin sold the house.
