Royal Palm Pdhc LLC, a Wyoming LLC, paid cash for a 10,760-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion. The home with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms is located on a 1.5-acre site. It comes with a coffee bar, a gym, a steam shower, a butler’s pantry and two offices.

Anil and Tracy Vazirani purchased a 9,293-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. Anil Vazirani is an investment advisor. The Spanish colonial house with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms fronts the second hole of a golf course. It also comes with eight fireplaces, six wet bars, 13 premium TVs, a commercial walk-in freezer, an indoor dog shower, a 600-bottle wine room and a game room.

The J&R Revocable Trust led by Jaime and Rachel Chahine bought a new mansion in Queen Creek that set a price record for the southeast Valley suburb. Jaime Chahine is with Sancerra Management of Newport Beach, California. The 11,214-square-foot home has six bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms and comes with a gym, a movie room, an indoor hardwood basketball court with disco lighting and a hidden room with access to a balcony that overlooks the court.
Kyle and Amy Anderson sold the home. Rachele Oram of HomeSmart Lifestyles had the listing.
Jordan Beebe purchased a 6,159-square-foot Paradise Valley house with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Beebe is the owner of Rooter Ranger Plumbing. The home has a five-car garage, gym and sports court.

Aaron Wagner bought a 5,898-square-foot Scottsdale home. Wagner is a founder of Wags Capital, a specialized small cap boutique investment firm based in Utah. The house with five bedrooms and six bathrooms has two family rooms, a gourmet kitchen and a resort-style backyard.
Jeffrey and Lisa Bower sold the home. He was vice president of basketball operations for the Phoenix Suns but left the team in July.
