Adam and Kristen Spencer paid cash for a 10,975-square-foot mansion in north Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community. The Mediterranean-style house with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms also comes with an updated chef’s kitchen, a steam room, an open-air wine room, a theater and an outdoor living area with a 10-top bar, a drop down TV, fire pit and a zero-edge pool.

Victor Loo, CEO of Titan Mutual Lending, bought a 4,452-square-foot home in central Paradise Valley that has been remodeled. It also has guest suites with patios and French oak and limestone flooring, as well as “one of a kind light fixtures.”

The Grossman Residence Trust led by Larry and Jeanne Grossman bought a 5,700-square-foot new home in Paradise Valley’s Azure community. The house with four bedrooms and six bathrooms also comes with an office and game room.
JIHI LLC sold the house that was built by Shea Homes.
An LLC called 107Th Grand Prospects of Muskegon, Michigan, paid cash for a 6,507-square-foot home in north Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain community. The house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms wasn’t listed for sale, so little information on it is available.
Steven and Debra Kilian of Naples, Florida, sold the home.
Robert and Dana Chesler of Highland Park, Illinois, paid cash for a 7,606-square-foot Paradise Valley home with five bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms. The house comes with a game room, a dining room with a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, a kitchen with four Viking ovens and a master retreat with a sitting room, a fireplace and two walk-in closets.
