A piece of vacant land spanning 19.3 acres in Paradise Valley is on the market for $28 million. That's almost $1.5 million per acre.
The land in metro Phoenix's priciest suburb is located at the base of Mummy Mountain, and a buyer can either build a sprawling estate or a new subdivision on the site.
Located on the east side of Coconino Road and just south of Mockingbird Lane, the parcel is one of the largest flat pieces of land available in landlocked Paradise Valley. Another prime, multi-acre site is located on Mummy Mountain.
“It’s extremely rare that this kind of land in this kind of location becomes available,” said Russ Lyon/Sotheby’s International Realty listing agent Rusty Davis.
A group called PV 20 LLC is selling the site, according to public real estate records.
